Technical Due Diligence

Operational Mobilisation & Optimisation
We can provide support in mobilising teams ready for commercial operation. This includes support in recruitment of competent people, training needs and competence review, mobilisation of equipment, workshops and regulatory compliance to ensure correct procedures and documentation in place to ensure complaint, efficient, commercial operation and optimisation for revenue.
Project / Outage Planning
The team can provide EfW / Biomass or general plant outage scoping, supply and execution of project. Full project planning and management on site to ensure your site is kept to budget and scope and returned to service at the earliest opportunity in safe and reliable condition. We are highly experienced in managing many outages in a number of power sectors including EfW, Biomass and Anaerobic Digestion ensuring all legal obligations have been met. We can provide CDM support and documentation required to ensure compliance and mandatory policies. We can provide procurement support for services, work scope packages, warranty support, lifecycle replacement and 5-10 year plans to include major overhauls of assets.
Assets Upgrades / Construction Projects
We can provide support on asset upgrades such as battery storage, carbon capture and hydrogen. We can assist on biogas / biomethane projects including full review of technology available on the market and engagement with suppliers to ensure you choose the right kit for the job. The team can provide support or even manage your construction projects or upgrades that fall under CDM. We are experienced in new build facilities and older projects and can add value to your yours.
Expert Witness
We can provide expert witness service from our experienced professional consulting team on any project to aid with litigation circumstances, projects delays and liquidated damages. We can support this process and provide detailed reports to evidence some of the outcomes as required. We can examine documentation and provide detailed, structured reports that can be used as evidence for examination.
Engineering Maintenance Management Systems
We can provide support and review your current arrangements and suitability for purpose of asset reliability and make recommendations for improvements. We can advise on maintenance management and systems for reporting and asset management based on over 30 years’ experience in maintenance management. We can advise on modifications to the reporting systems to align with business KPIs and company strategy.

We can operate, maintain and maximise your asset output whilst ensuring regulatory compliance and exemplary standards of health and safety and environmental management. We can provide resource, offer auditing services and support with you operations and maintenance teams and ensure the owner / lender is receiving maximum efficiency, performance and ROI and their commercial assets.
Drone Services
We can provide site surveys, aerial photography and inspections of exterior assets such as flue stacks, building and roof infrastructure as required. Thus, negating the need to put any personnel into unnecessary work situations.
